I bought a game key and had a small issue with the seller at first. It was a bit frustrating, but the buyer protection made me feel like I wasn’t just on my own. "Good price, but the wait was a bit annoying"
I was a little stressed at first because I preordered a game key on g2a and it didn’t show up exactly when I expected. It did arrive in the end, so that part was fine, and the price was decent too. I just wish the timing had been clearer, especially for a preorder. Support did reply, but it felt kind of slow when I was sitting there checking for the key. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I hoped...

I accidentally bought the wrong region version, which was on me, but getting the refund sorted ended up being more annoying than I expected. Maybe it’s just me, but the process felt like it could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Key worked, but watch the checkout"
So I bought the key and that part was totally fine, no real issue there. But then later I noticed a monthly charge and was like, wait, what did I sign up for? Turns out I must’ve missed something during checkout, which is on me, but also kind of easy to overlook. Canceling wasn’t a huge hassle, thankfully. Basically, the key worked, just don’t click through checkout on autopilot like I apparently did.

I bought a key that was advertised as global, but when I tried to activate it, it wouldn’t work in my region. The listing really wasn’t clear about any restrictions, so I figured it would be fine. When I contacted support, they basically just sent me back to the seller like it was my issue to sort out. Frustrating and just a waste of time.

Bought a code and yeah, the tracking page was easy enough to check. I didn’t have to click around forever or anything, the order status was just kind of there, which was nice. It updated quickly too, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if something got stuck or... you know, if the order was actually going through. Overall it was simple. Not a huge story, really. It worked fine for me and I’d probably use G2A.COM again...

"Pretty decent, just a little hit or miss"
I mostly use g2a for gift cards, and it’s been okay overall. Sometimes the card I’m looking for is available, and other times it’s either not there or only comes in random amounts I don’t really need. Maybe I’m just checking at the wrong times, because the prices are usually fine, but the availability can be a bit unpredictable. It’s not bad at all, just kind of random depending on what you’re trying to buy.

"Steam key worked fine, just watch the checkout options"
I bought a Steam key from G2A and, like a lot of other customers probably are, I was a little nervous at first. The code came through fast, within a few minutes, and it activated on my Steam account without any issues. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because the checkout felt a bit cluttered with extra options and add-ons. But for what most people are mainly looking for, a real working game key, it did the job and I’m happy with it overall.

I purchased a annual YouTube subscription from their platform it worked for approximately two months and then it stopped working I contacted G2A they did not respond at all so I am out of good money you have been warned, I wish someone had of warned me never again will I purchase anything from them

"Decent, but the fees add up"
g2a can be cheap sometimes, but once the extra fees get added, the deal doesn’t always feel that amazing. I did get my key without any problems, so that part was fine, but it still feels a little riskier than just buying from a regular store.

From what I’ve seen, this site is usually cheaper than a lot of the others I check. I get the impression they’re focused on keeping prices competitive, which is nice when I’m trying to save a bit.

"after purchasing from this website on several occasions, i had unused keys in my account and some cash in my account up to 60 euro. this site needs shut down! after being suspended for no reason, i made a ticket requesting why i was suspended ,and i got this after 4 days waiting a cold reply saying this : "hello, as i mentioned, we are not able to continue offering our services in your region. that is why we are forced to close your account, our apologies for inconveniences.regards" now, my keys are gone, money gone !!!,i then i asked my few friends in my region who are using g2a i can provide proof , they told me they can access their account without any problem !! i emailed g2a back , i told them that this a negative and false to suspend my account because there still and working in my country they dint answer , i paid for g2a shield for 1 year i have keys and my credit card , they have a copy of my passport and my driving license , and this what a loyal costumer get ???? after waiting days and day i got this answer "hello, your account is being checked by our specialists, we are working hard to provide you the best solution in this situation. i'll provide you the update as soon as your case will be solved by our specialists. apologies for the delay.regards" and still till today no answer , none knows why my account got closed!!!

So how can i get out of g2a krakow ?

I'm a first time seller and i posted a key that i had previously used from a bundle that i had forgotten that i used it. as soon as it was posted it was flagged and i contacted them immediately. i explained myself so they asked for identification and proof of purchase. i provided both immediately and explained what happened and that i just wantex the items took down. instead they frooze my account and funds continued to charge me for g2a shield draining my account and now they are ignoring me after attempt after attempt to contact help! they are flat out not anwsering me at all! i'm so sick of the run around. who do i contact to go higher then customer service.

If i get g2a shield and i buy an invalid steam gift key will g2a return my money fast. also will i get my 3 euros back from buying g2a shield.

Why did i get a 1.09 charge for g2a krakow??
